摘要
内生真菌的次级代谢产物中蕴含丰富的萜类成分,尤其是为倍半萜类,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抑菌等药理活性.现综述近5年来源于内生真菌的倍半萜类化合物的结构类型及生物活性,为内生真菌中倍半萜类成分的研究提供参考.
Abstract
The secondary metabolites of Endophytic fungi are rich in terpenoids,with sesquiterpene representing the majority.Sesquiterpenes exhibit various pharmacological activities such as anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activity.This paper presents a summary of structural types and biological activities of sesquiterpene from Endophytic fungi in the past five years.
