Research progress on correlation between lysine demethylase 3A and tumor diseases
Lysine demethylase 3A(KDM3A),a member of the histone demethylase family,regulates gene transcription through specific demethylation of histone H3K9 methylation.In recent years,studies found that the expression level of KDM3A is closely related to the proliferation,invasion and drug resistance of tumors.This article reviews the expression of KDM3A in various tumors,the research progress of its inhibitors,and its effects on tumor resistance and migration.
