乳白香青的生药学研究

摘要
目的 采用生药学方法鉴别藏药乳白香青.方法 采用原植物鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、薄层色谱分析及DNA条形码鉴定方法进行鉴别.结果 乳白香青的药材断面和粉末显微特征明显;薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离效果好;经对ITS序列进行PCR扩增并测序,首次获得其ITS序列,GenBank注册号为:OQ096626,确定了乳白香青的DNA鉴定条形码.结论 所用方法可为乳白香青药材的鉴定、控制质量及资源开发提供参考.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To identify the pharmacognostical characteristics of Anaphalis lactea.METHODS The origin identification,morphological identification,microscopic evaluation,TLC and DNA barcoding analysis were carried out.RESULTS Microscopic characteristics of the transverse section and powders were obvious.TLC spots were clear and well-separated.By PCR amplification and sequencing of ITS sequence,ITS sequence was obtained for the first time.The GenBank registration number was OQ096626,and its DNA barcode was determined.CONCLUSION The study can provide a reference for the identification,resource development and quality control of A.lactea.
