精芪化浊方提取工艺的优选

目的 优选精芪化浊方的最佳提取工艺.方法 采用正交试验设计,以药液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以黄芪甲苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、大黄素、虎杖苷、积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷的含量和干浸膏得率为考察指标,运用层次分析法-CRITIC综合加权法进行综合评分;通过对比正交试验和BP神经网络分析的结果,选取最优提取工艺.结果 最优提取工艺为每次加入10倍量水提取(0.5h×3),该工艺条件的综合评分为92.01.结论 优选出的精芪化浊方最优水提工艺稳定可行,可用于实际生产.
Optimization of extraction process for Jingqi Huazhuo prescription
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Jingqi Huazhuo prescription(JHP).METHODS The Orthogonal experiment design was used to evaluate the extract yield and the content of astragaloside IV,cvalycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,emodin,polydatin,asiaticoside,madecassoside.The comprehensive score was obtained by AHP-CRITIC mixed weighted method.The optimal extraction process was selected by comparing the results of Orthogonal test and BP neural network analysis.RESULTS The optimal extraction process was to add 10 times the amount of water each time,extract three times,and extract 0.5 h each time,and the comprehensive score under this process condition is 92.01.CONCLUSION The optimized water extraction process of JHP is stable and feasible,and can be used in the actual production of this preparation.
