目的 分析滇产红花及其种子中的挥发性化学成分.方法 采用GC-MS技术分析红花的挥发性化学成分,用美国国家标准局NIST定性谱库并参考文献对未知化合物进行指认和匹配.结果 从红花及其种子的挥发油提取物中分别匹配指认了 38、42个化合物.红花挥发性成分中鉴定出13个烃类化合物(含量最高,77.46%)、2个其他类化合物(含量最低,1.83%),红花种子挥发油成分中鉴定出14个烃类化合物(含量最高,60.69%)、2个烯萜类及其衍生物(含量最低,1.12%).结论 红花挥发油的化学成分复杂,GC-MS技术可为红花药材及其产品的开发与利用提供依据.
Analysis of volatile components in safflower and its seeds produced in Yunnan
OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile components of safflower and its seeds in Yunnan province.METHODS The volatile chemical constituents of safflower were analyzed by GC-MS.The unknown compounds were identified and matched by NIST qualitative library of American National Standard Bureau and references.RESULTS 38 and 42 compounds were identified respectively from the essential oil extracts of safflower and its seeds.13 hydrocarbon compound was identified from safflower with the highest content of 77.46%,two other compounds with the lowest content of 1.83%.14 hydrocarbon compounds were identified from the volatile oil of safflower seeds with the highest content of 60.69%,and 2 oleterpenoids and their derivatives were identified with the lowest content of 1.12%.CONCLUSION The chemical constituents of safflower volatile oil are complex and GC-MS can provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of safflower and its products.
