莲须化学成分、药理作用及质量评价的研究进展

摘要
莲须为收敛中药,具有清心固肾、涩精的功效,临床常用于治疗遗精、滑精、带下、尿频等症.莲须主要含有黄酮、三萜、甾体、生物碱、挥发油等化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、镇痛、抗血栓、抗病毒、降血糖、抗过敏、降血脂等药理活性.现基于莲须的研究现状综述其化学成分、药理活性、质量评价,为其资源开发与利用提供依据.
Abstract
Nelumbinis Stamen is a traditional Chinese medicine that acts as an astringent medicine,with the effect of clearing the heart and strengthening the kidneys and the astringent of sperm.It is often used clinically for the treatment of spermatorrhea,gynecological disorders,and conditions associated with urination and incontinence.The chemical constituents of Nelumbinis Stamen mainly include flavonoids,triterpenoids,steroidal,volatile oils and alkaloids etc.Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that it has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,anti-thrombotic,anti-viral,reducing blood sugar,anti-allergic,hypolipidemic pharmacological activities.This paper presents a review of the current research on the chemical composition,pharmacological activity and quality assessment studies of the Nelumbinis Stamen.It provides a scientific foundation for the development and utilization of its resources.
