OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between 22 inorganic elements in Lilium davidii and its planting regions in Lanzhou.METHODS Samples were digested by super microwave digestion, the contents of 22 kinds of inorganic elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, the principal components analysis(PCA)was performed on the data, the characteristic elements were screened, and the correlation between the characteristic elements and planting regions was systematically clustered.RESULTS The linear relationship of 22 inorganic elements was good with r≥0.9967,the limits of quantification were 6.5 × 10-3-26.3517 μg·L-1,the limits of detection were 2.1 × 10-3-8.5071 μg·L-1.RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability tests were all less than 6.82%,and the average recoveries were 80.1%-128.8%,RSD range from 1.81%to 6.12%(n=9).55Mn,27Al,39K,51V,56Fe,63Cu,137Ba,24Mg,7Li,88Sr and 69Ga were the characteristic elements of L.davidii, and the content of characteristic elements was clustered into three categories according to different planting regions.CONCLUSION This method is simple and sensitive, and can provide reference for the protection and utilization of geographical indications of L.davidii.
