摘要

目的 采用超高效液相色谱法同时测定异叶青兰中新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、毛蕊花糖苷、木犀草苷、迷迭香酸、香叶木素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷、槲皮素、木犀草素等化学成分的含量.方法 采用Zorbox SB-C18色谱柱(100 mm × 4.6 mm,1.8 μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸甲醇溶液-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL·min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长340 nm,进样量2 µL.结果 9种成分分离较好,线性关系均良好(r2>0.9978),平均加样回收率90.25%~112.61%,RSD均<1.25%.结论 所用方法简便、重复性好、结果准确,可为异叶青兰的质量控制提供参考.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To simultaneously determine nine chemical components in Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.,including neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,acteoside,luteolin-7-O-glucoside,rosmarinic acid,diosmetin 7-O-β-D-glucuronide,quercetin and luteolin by UPLC.METHODS The analysis was performed on a Zorbox SB-C18(100 mm ×4.6 mm,1.8 µm)column with the mobile phase composed of 0.1%formic acid methanol-0.1%formic acid water solution by gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1.The wavelength was set at 340 nm with the column temperature of 35 ℃ and the injection volume of 2 µL.RESULTS All of the 9 components have been well separated and exhibited good linear relationships(r2>0.9978).The average recoveries of nine compounds were in the range of 90.25%-112.61%,and the RSD values were less than 1.25%.CONCLUSION This method is simple and reliable,with good repeatability and accurate results,which could provide a reference for the quality control of D.heterophyllum.
