摘要
目的 研究甘松功效的质量标志物.方法 通过网络药理学及文献挖掘获得有效性数据;HPLC、GC-MS分析获得可测性数据;通过TCMSP、TM-MC和TCMID数据库收集专属性数据.采用层次分析-基于指标相关性的权重确定方法对各要素层指标进行综合赋权,计算甘松各化学成分的综合评分.结果 绿叶醇、绿原酸、马兜铃酮、甘松新酮、石竹烯/β-石竹烯、白菖烯、蒙花苷、α-菠烯、isoaromadendrene epoxide、β-紫罗酮等10种成分可作为甘松功效的潜在质量标志物.结论 对甘松的功效质量标志物进行了量化辨识,为完善甘松的质量标准提供了依据.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy quality markers of Nardostachys jatamansi DC..METHODS Effective data were obtained through Network pharmacology and literature mining,testability data were obtained by HPLC and GC-MS,and specific data were collected by TCMSP,TM-MC and TCMID databases.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)method was used to comprehensively weigh the indexes of each element layer,and then the comprehensive score of each chemical component of N.jatamansi was calculated.RESULTS Comprehensive analysis showed that 10 components,including patchouli alcohol,chlorogenic acid,(-)-aristolone,nardosinone,caryophyllene,(+)-calarene,acaciin,a-pinene,isoaromadendrene epoxide and β-ionone,could be used as potential quality markers for the efficacy of N.jatamansi.CONCLUSION This study quantitatively identified the efficacy and quality markers of N.jatamansi,which provided some reference for improving the quality control standards in N.jatamansi.
