Lactic acid bacteria can balance intestinal flora,reduce fat accumulation,improve the body's ability to decompose sugars,proteins and fats,strengthen the body's immune system,and achieve certain results in the aspects of living bacterial antigen carriers as DNA carrier and absorption of heavy metals.It is commonly used in the treatment of colitis,intestinal endotoxin diseases,immune diseases,tumors and heavy metal poisoning.This paper reviews the pharmacological activity and clinical application of lactic acid bacteria,providing a reference for its further research and application.
