Astragali Radix and its active ingredients have pharmacological effects such as anti-oxidative stress,alleviation of neuroinflammatory response,inhibition of apoptosis,and regulation of autophagy,which can effectively treat Parkinson's disease(PD).This paper mainly reviewed the possible mechanisms of Astragali Radix and its active ingredients on the treatment of PD,in order to provide ideas for the clinical application of Astragali Radix on the treatment of PD.
