OBJECTIVE To synthesize(S)ET-26·HCl.METHODS The target compound was synthesized from imidazole-2-ethyl and R-(+)-1-phenyl ethanol by Mitsunobu reaction,ester hydrolysis,substitution and salting reaction.RESULTS The S-type enantiomer of ET-26·HCl was synthesized and validated by NMR,ESI-MS and Specific rotation.CONCLUSION The synthetic method is simple,easy to operate and mild.The S-type enantiomer of ET-26·HCl can be used as the impurity reference for the quality control of ET-26·HCl.
