目的 分析鉴定四裂红景天中的挥发性成分.方法 采用顶空固相微萃取法对四裂红景天样品进行前处理,采用GC-MS法分析鉴定样品中的挥发性成分,并结合峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量.结果 从四裂红景天中分析鉴定出了 75种挥发性成分,包括烷烃类、醇类、烯烃类、醛类、酸类、酮类等,各占挥发性成分总量的55.06%、13.34%、2.21%、5.53%、15.72%、6.64%.结论 四裂红景天具丰富的挥发性成分,顶空固相微萃取-GC/MS技术能便捷、准确地分析鉴别其挥发性成分.
Analysis of volatile components of Rhodiola quadrifida by HS-SPME-GC/MS
OBJECTIVE To analyze and identify the volatile components of Rhodiola quadrifida.METHODS The R.quadrifida sample was extracted by headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME);the volatile components were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS);and the relative content of each compound was calculated by area normalization method.RESULTS 75 volatile components were identified from the sample of R.quadrifida,including alkanes,alcohols,olefins,aldehydes,acids,ketones,etc.They respectively accounted for 55.06%,13.34%,2.21%,5.53%,15.72%,6.64%of the volatile components.CONCLUSION The volatile components of R.quadrifida are diverse,which can be conveniently and accurately identified by HS-SPME-GC/MS.
