原位凝胶又称即型凝胶,是一种具有环境敏感性的载药系统,可分为温度敏感型、pH敏感型、离子敏感型等,制备材料也不同.凝胶的性能与凝胶类型、基质种类相关.通过查阅分析文献,总结了不同基质在原位凝胶制剂中的应用情况,包括壳聚糖、泊洛沙姆、结冷胶等,并指出存在的问题,为相关制剂研发提供了参考.
Research progress on in situ gel matrix based on environmental response
The in situ gel is an environmentally sensitive drug delivery system.It can be categorized as thermo-sensitive,pH-sensitive,and ion-sensitive with different materials.The performance of the gel is not only closely related to the type of gel but also influenced by the type of matrix.This review summarizes the application of different matrices in the development of in situ gel formulations,including chitosan,poloxamer,and gellan gum,and points out the issues related to gel types and matrices,providing references and insights for the development of related formulations.
