声学探测技术在海上风电桩基检测中的应用

摘要
海上风机维护是保障海上风电场正常运行的重要工作,水声学海底探测方法在海上风电场运维中的应用越来越广泛.提出在风电桩基检测中综合使用多波束测深仪、侧扫声纳、浅地层剖面仪的联合探测作业技术,利用多波束获取全覆盖水深地形,利用侧扫声纳获取海底地貌,利用浅地层剖面仪获取海缆埋藏状态,通过对 3 类声纳数据综合分析,确定风电桩基及附近地形、地貌、电缆等的位置、深度、状态等信息.将该方法应用于阳江风电场故障风机抢修项目中,验证了方法的有效性.实践表明:该方法可以广泛应用于海上风电桩基检测等海洋工程领域,对其他海上风电场桩基检测有一定借鉴意义.
Abstract
The maintenance of offshore wind turbines is an important work to ensure the normal operation of offshore wind farms.The underwater acoustics seafloor detection methods are increasingly used in the operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms.This article proposes the comprehensive use of a joint detection operation technology of multi beam bathymetry,side scan sonar,and sub-bottom profiler in the detection of wind power pile foundations.Multiple beam bathymetry is used to obtain full coverage of water depth terrain,side scan sonar is used to obtain seabed topography,and sub-bottom profiler is used to obtain submarine cable burial status.Through comprehensive analysis of three types of sonar data,the position and depth of wind power pile foundations and nearby terrain,topography,cables,etc.are determined status and other information.The effectiveness of the method was verified by applying it to the emergency repair project of faulty wind turbines in Yangjiang Wind Farm.Practice has shown that this method can be widely applied in marine engineering fields such as offshore wind power pile foundation testing,and has certain reference significance for other offshore wind farm pile foundation testing.
