针对当前纸质海图管理工作中人工参与多、工作量大且易出现差错的问题,结合纸质海图堆叠存储、数量多、种类多的业务管理特点,提出了一种基于RFID技术的纸质海图管理方案,阐述了海图柜改造、RFID海图标签及应用软件设计的详细方案.实验表明,当每个海图抽屉中海图存储数量控制在 100 张以内时,海图的清点时间在 1.2 s以内,检测成功率达 99.6%以上.依据该方案建成的海图管理系统,可满足纸质海图高效管理需要.本文方案可为海图管理单位和密集资料管理单位的信息化建设提供参考.
The scheme of paper chart management based on RFID technology
In order to solve the problems of more artificial,large workload and inevitable mistakes in current paper chart management,combined with the characteristics of stacking storage,large quantity and variety of paper chart management,a paper chart management scheme based on RFID technology is proposed in this paper.And the detailed schemes of chart cabinet transformation,RFID chart label and application software design are also described.The experiment shows that when the number of charts stored in each chart drawer is controlled within 100,the counting time of charts is less than 1.2 s,and the detection success rate is more than 99.6%.The chart management system can meet the need of efficient management of paper chart.The scheme can provide reference for the information construction of chart management units and dense data management units.
