摘要

为了提高ALB波形时间分辨率,可以采用不同的插值方法对ALB波形进行插值,然而,不合理的插值方法会引起波形信号的过拟合和欠拟合,且由于测深波形的复杂性,难以找到一种普适于所有ALB波形的插值方法.针对该问题提出了一种自适应波形插值方法来提高ALB波形的时间分辨率.首先,对逐脉冲的ALB海面回波峰值序列进行低通滤波,得到低通滤波后,去除高频噪声影响的峰值序列.然后,比较不同插值方法得到的新波形峰值与低通滤波后峰值的差值,为每个波形自适应地选择最佳插值方法.采用Optech CZMIL系统实测波形数据验证了该方法有效性和正确性,与其他传统方法相比,该方法的RMSE和MAE分别降低了 1.76%和 4.01%,能够提高ALB波形时间分辨率,削弱波形插值引起的过拟合和欠拟合问题.

Abstract

To improve the temporal resolution of waveforms of airborne LiDAR bathymetry(ALB),different interpolation methods were used to interpolate the waveforms.However,unreasonable interpolation methods can cause overfitting and underfitting of waveform signals,and it is difficult to find a universal interpolation method applicable to all ALB waveforms.To address this problem,this paper proposes an adaptive waveform interpolation(AWI)method to improve the waveform temporal resolution.First,the surface peak sequence of the ALB waveforms is filtered with a low-pass filter.Then,the differences between the new waveform peaks obtained by different interpolation methods and the low-pass filtered peaks are compared,so as to adaptively select the best interpolation method for each waveform.Waveform data collected by Optech CZMIL are used to verify the AWI method.Compared with the traditional methods,the AWI method reduced the RMSE and MAE by 1.76%and 4.01%,respectively.
