为提升波浪传感器的性能,实现传感器的小型化,设计了一种基于微机电系统(micro electro mechanical systems,MEMS)技术的波浪传感器.该设计采用数字滤波算法对采集的波浪信号进行滤波处理,并通过姿态校正获取垂向加速度,将处理后的加速度数据在频域内进行二次积分求得垂向位移,最后采用下跨零法来统计波高的特征数据.为了检验设计的准确性,先后进行了实验室波浪模拟实验台测试以及海上比测试验.与已定型的SZF型波浪传感器的海上比对结果表明:相关系数达 0.9 以上.基于MEMS技术设计的波浪传感器与SZF型波浪传感器的测量成果具有较好的一致性,具备实际应用价值.
Design of digital wave sensor based on MEMS technology
In order to improve the performance of wave sensor and realize the miniaturization of sensor,a wave sensor based on Micro Electro Mechanical Systems(MEMS)technology was designed.In this design,the wave signal is filtered by digital filtering algorithm,and the vertical acceleration is obtained by attitude correction.The vertical displacement is obtained by quadratic integration of the processed acceleration data in the frequency domain,and the characteristic data of wave height is calculated by using the lower cross-zero method.In order to check the accuracy of the design,the laboratory wave simulation test bench test and sea comparison test have been carried out.The results of sea comparison with the established SZF wave sensor show that the correlation coefficient is above 0.9.The wave sensor design based on MEMS technology has good consistency with the measurement results of SZF wave sensor,and has practical application.
