To improve the"data quality"module in the S-100 international standard series,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the concept model of data quality,data quality measures,data quality elements,data quality attributes,and the development requirements and current status of the data quality chapter in data product specifications.Based on this,this paper analyzed problems existing in the"data quality"module,and provided specific and feasible suggestions,including revising S-100 Part 4c and S-97 Part C,improving the"data quality"chapter of product specifications,and developing guidelines for data quality evaluation of S-100 products.This paper can provide an important reference for upgrading of the S-100 international standard series.
