摘要
新时代以来,在习近平文化思想的科学指引下,中国共产党在掌握文艺人才成长规律的基础上,围绕培育目的、内容及路径,合理建构出一套科学的文艺人才培养体系.这一体系充分揭示了文艺人才队伍建设的价值意蕴、目标追求及实践策略,是新时代党领导文化建设取得的经验成果,对于我们在新起点新征程上促进文艺工作者成长成才,更好地担负起新的文化使命具有重要的指导意义.
Abstract
Since the new era,under the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,the Com-munist Party of China(CPC),on the basis of mastering the growth pattern of literary and artistic tal-ents,has constructed rationally a set of scientific system for cultivating literary and artistic talents,cen-tering on the purposes,contents and paths of talent cultivation.This system reveals fully the value im-plications,goal pursuit,and practical strategies for the construction of literary and artistic talents,and is the fruit of the Party's experience in leading cultural construction in the new era,which is highly in-structive for us to promote the growth of literary and artistic practitioners in the new starting point of the new journey,and to shoulder better the new cultural mission.
