Research on the Efficient Supply Mechanism of Social Services in New Rural Communities Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Promoting the rural revitalization strategy objectively requires the modernization of social service in new rural community,and the profound changes in idea,mode and content social service in the new rural community compared with the traditional rural areas determine the complexity of its modernization process.It is fine on the surface about service foundation implementation in hard-ware supply and content,mode and other forms in software supply by administrative promotion,but the service results are still inefficient,so it is necessary to explore efficient supply mechanism.Through the case study of Caozhuang community,a demonstration project of Jiangsu province,we find that the low efficiency is due to the problems of the supply mechanism,such as single main body of the supply model and lack of idea initiative between supply and demand,multi-subjects in mode,high quality content and capital vitality.For solving these problems,according to the theory of marginal utility,we can explore efficient supply mechanism which from the concept of"dual track",multi-subjects service,content of"entity+incorporeal"combination,social organization on the mar-ket-oriented operation to promote the level of social service in the new rural community.
