面向工艺过程的知识可视化研究

工业制造领域的工艺过程伴随产生大量工艺信息.在知识经济时代,工艺信息得到有效利用和及时传输尤为重要.但工艺过程存在实时性差和可视化程度低,导致工艺知识"黑箱"的问题.针对该问题,提出一种基于虚拟现实和三维可视化的工艺知识可视化方法.根据工艺信息规则匹配提取工艺过程信息,实现工艺信息数字化表达.采用OPC UA通讯协议,实现作业设备间数据实时传输.利用虚拟现实技术,建立工艺过程知识可视化模型,实现工艺过程虚拟仿真.利用三维可视化技术,在可视化操作界面上动态呈现工艺知识,便于操作人员实时监控和管理.实验根据轴承装配实例建立了可视化四维模型,通过可视化轴承装配的工艺过程状态变化逻辑及实时映射的16项关键工艺参数,实现装配过程的工艺知识可视化,解决了工艺过程中信息传输不及时和可视化程度低的问题,验证了提出的工艺知识可视化方法的有效性.
Research on Knowledge Visualization for Process Planning
In the field of industrial manufacturing,a large amount of process information is generated during the manufacturing processes.In the knowledge economy era,effective utilization and timely trans-mission of information are crucial.However,the process has poor real-time performance and low visuali-ty in process operations,which results in a"black box"of process knowledge.Regarding this issue,a method based on virtual reality and 3D visualization for process knowledge visualization is proposed.Process information is extracted and digitized based on the matching of process information rules.By adopting OPC UA communication protocol,real-time data transmission among operational devices was achieved.Virtual reality technology is utilized to establish a knowledge visualization model for process operations,enabling virtual simulation of the process.Utilizing 3D visualization technology,processing knowledge on the visual operation interface can be dynamically presented,facilitating real-time monitor-ing and management by operators.A visualized four-dimensional model was established based on an example of bearing assembly in the experiment.By visualizing the process state change logic of bear-ing assembly and real-time mapping of 16 key process parameters,the process knowledge visualization of the assembly process was achieved,solving the problem of delayed information transmission and low visualization level in the process,and verifying the effectiveness of the proposed process knowledge visu-alization method.
