贸易开放、创新驱动与经济高质量发展——基于中国258个城市样本数据的实证

打造高水平对外开放格局,加快实施创新驱动战略,是新发展理念下经济高质量发展的重要引擎.选取中国258个城市的样本数据作为研究对象,采用Tobit模型和半参估计方法实证分析贸易开放、创新驱动与经济高质量发展之间的内在关联.研究发现,贸易开放、创新驱动及二者交互项对经济高质量发展呈现显著的正向影响.异质性分析表明,贸易开放与创新驱动对非城市群城市经济高质量发展的推动作用大于城市群城市,但二者的融合对非城市群城市经济高质量发展起抑制作用.门限效应检验发现,贸易开放对经济高质量发展的促进作用受创新驱动水平的影响存在单重门限效应.据此提出加快对外开放高地建设、完善创新人才引进制度、加强城市群与非城市群城市间协调联动,以期实现经济高质量发展.
Trade Openness,Innovation Drive and High-quality Economic Development—Empirical Evidence Based on Sample Data of 258 Cities in China
Creating a high-level opening-up pattern and accelerating the implementation of the innova-tion-driven strategy are important engines for high-quality economic development with the new develop-ment concept.Based on the sample data of 258 cities in China,this paper uses Tobit model and semi-parametric estimation method to empirically analyze the internal relationship between trade open-ness,innovation drive and high-quality economic development.It is found that trade openness,innova-tion drive and their interaction show a significant positive impact on high-quality economic develop-ment.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promoting part of trade openness and innovation drive in non-clustering cities is bigger than that in clustering city,but their integration inhibits the high-quality economic development of non-clustering cities.The threshold effect test shows that the promoting part of trade opening in high-quality economic development influenced by the level of innovation drive has single threshold effect test,Therefore,it is proposed to speed up the construction of the highland open-ing up to the outside world,improve the system of introducing innovative talents,and strengthen the co-ordination and linkage between clustering cities and non-clustering cities in order to achieve high-qual-ity economic development.
