摘要
人类命运共同体顺应了和平与发展的历史潮流,有力地回应了"世界怎么了、我们怎么办"的时代之问.然而,伪发展、虚发展和假发展的"反发展"现象偏离了构建人类命运共同体应有的发展方向.从发展伦理视角出发,对人类命运共同体从自然维度、代际维度和域际维度进行三维透视,并针对性地提出了三条伦理治理思路:其一要坚持以人为中心的发展目标;其二要坚持"发展从属于美好生活";其三要坚持全面协调的发展方法.
Abstract
The community with a shared future for mankind conforms to the historical trend of peace and development,and effectively responds to the question of"what's wrong with the world,what should we do".However,the phenomenon of"anti development"characterized by pseudo development,virtual development,and false development deviates from the direction of building a community with a shared future for mankind.From the perspective of development ethics,this paper provides a three-dimension-al perspective on the community with a shared future for mankind from the natural,intergenerational,and inter domain dimensions,and proposes three targeted ethical governance ideas:firstly,we must ad-here to the development goal centered on people;Secondly,we must adhere to the principle that"devel-opment is subordinate to a better life";Thirdly,we must adhere to a comprehensive and coordinated de-velopment approach.
