Internal and External Collaboration:A study on the Path of Social Work's Participation in"Village-to-residence"Community Governance——A Case Study of J Community
Internal and external collaboration is an effective path for social work to participate in com-munity governance. The governance goals of social work are in line with the current pattern of co con-struction,co governance, and shared benefits in China, and the government's purchase of professional so-cial work services for community governance has become a trend. The emergence of the"village to res-idential"policy has led to the dilemma of disorderly public space, broken community relationship net-works,insufficient community autonomy, and weak resident consciousness in such communities. This arti-cle takes J community, which has a large scale of"village to residential"transformation in Anhui Prov-ince,as the research object. It is found that the key to community governance in"village to residen-tial"transformation lies in promoting the development of the community from local cooperation to diver-sified cooperation, that is,integrating internal forces of the community through social work to form en-dogenous power, using grid management to bond community relationship networks, making them communi-ty social capital, and cultivating community social organizations to provide a platform for residents to participate and lay the foundation for diversified community governance. The collaborative cooperation between entities within and outside the community,as well as between internal and external parties,pro-vides strong support for community development and promotes the diversified development of communi-ty governance in the"village to residential"transformation.
