摘要
"预聘-长聘制"广泛实施的背景下,高校青年教师的学术角色受到了经济角色的挑战.基于社会角色理论,研究从学术角色认同、学术人格的独立性、学术资源感知三个方面论述高校青年教师学术角色的构建路径.通过构建进化博弈模型,论证高校青年教师学术角色构建路径的影响因素,并由此得到相应的发展策略:增强青年教师的学术信念,强化学术人的角色认同;给予青年教师自主的学术人格,助力学术人的职业资本提升;搭建学术共同体交流平台,筑牢学术角色构建根基.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the widespread implementation of"Pre-employment-Tenured Em-ployment System",the academic role of young university teachers has been challenged by economic roles.Based on Social Role Theory,we have discussed the constructive paths of young university teach-ers'academic role from several aspects:identification of academic role,independence of academic per-sonality,and perception of academic resources.By constructing a model of evolutionary game,we have argued influencing factors in the construction of young university teachers'academic role and have ob-tained corresponding developing strategies:enhancing young university teachers'academic beliefs,strengthening the role identification of academics,giving young teachers independent academic personali-ty,helping improve academics'professional capital,building a communicative platform of academic com-munity,and consolidating the constructive foundation of academic role.
