在新世纪,新一轮科技革命和产业革命正在蓬勃兴起,工业化经济正转向知识经济,专业化的设计教育也正面临着新的挑战.为了探索一种地方高校设计类专业学生设计应用能力有效提升路径,重点关注设计教育过程中如何通过校企产教融合推动人才培养提质增效:整合技能、知识、素养,优化知行合一的培养模式;培养、输出、协同聚力,丰富设计课程实践体系;对接内容、情境、师资,推动设计教育资源共享;转变教学场所、元素、方式,优化设计教学形式.淮阴工学院教学实践表明,相关群体的积极参与,教学内容、教学形式的改革,优质教学平台的支撑,能够有效提升学生设计应用能力.
Step-by-Step Improvement:Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Design Talents'Applied and Practical Ability
In the new century,a new round of scientific,technological and industrial revolution is boom-ing,and the industrialized economy is transforming into a knowledge-based economy.Specialized design education is also facing new challenges.To explore an effective path to improve the design majors'ap-plication ability of design in local universities,the study focuses on how to promote the quality and effi-ciency of talent cultivation through the integration of school,enterprise,industry,and education in the process of design education;integrates skills,knowledge,and literacy and optimizes the cultivating mode of combining knowledge and practice;cultivates,outputs,and collaborates to enrich the design curricu-lum system;connects content,context,and teachers to promote the sharing of design education resources;transforms teaching venues,elements,and methods to optimize the design of teaching forms.Taking Huaiyin Institute of Technology as an example,the practice shows that depending on the active partici-pation of relevant groups,the reform of teaching content and form,and the support of high-quality teaching platforms,students'design and application ability can be effectively improved.
