Isolation Control Method and Management System of Hazardous Energy of Major Engineering from the Perspective of Energy Transfer
The analysis and control of hazardous energy is of great significance for ensuring the risk management and accident prevention of major projects.This study systematically expounds the connota-tion,types and manifestations of hazards,and analyzes the identification and characteristics of major en-gineering hazards.On this basis,the coupling relationship model of energy transfer and transformation of major engineering hazards is established,and the influence of energy transfer rate,transformation pro-cess and coupling effect on safety risk is revealed.Finally,a set of methods of energy isolation control system is constructed,including release and dissipation method,transmission and conversion method,iso-lation and shielding method,locking and restriction method,weakening and reduction method and strengthening and confrontation method.It is expected that the energy isolation control method and management system established in this study can provide a decision-making basis and useful reference for effective constraint management of hazardous energy.
