广西北海野生江蓠种群生长海域水质的主成份分析

本文采用主成份分析法研究了广西北海野生江蓠种群生长海域的水质特征,结果发现:周年监测的10个水质指标可以划分成代表原始数据72.895%信息的4个主要成份,依次为:氮磷营养盐、重金属Cu/Pb、酸碱度和重金属Zn以及还原性物质COD;其中DIN和Pb的含量符合三类海水水质标准,PO4-P和COD的含量符合四类海水水质标准,Cu和Zn的含量超过了四类海水水质标准范围.说明广西北海野生江蓠种群生长可能主要受海水氮磷营养盐和重金属的影响,并可以忍受较高浓度的氮磷营养盐和重金属.为将江蓠用于富营养化和重金属污染海域修复提供了科学依据.
Seawater Quality of the Growth of Guangxi Beihai Wild Species of Gracilaria Based on Principal Component Analysis
The paper used principal component analysis method to study the seawater quality of Guangxi Beihai where Gracilaria natural population growed in.The results showed that 10 indexes of water quality could be divided into four principal component and represent 72.895% information,they are nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients、heavy metal Cu/Pb、pH value、heavy metal Zn and reducing substance COD;Besides,the content of DIN and Pb accorded with class Ⅲ water quality standard,PO4-P and COD accorded with class Ⅳ water quality standard;Cu and Zn exceeded the class IV water quality standard.the results illustrated that the growth of Gracilaria natural population in Beihai could be infected mainly by nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients,heavy metal.Therefor,they can sustain higher heavy metal and nitrogen、phosphours concentration.This study can provide scientific basis for using Gracilaria to remediate the eutrophication and heavy metal polluted sea waters.
