Seawater Quality of the Growth of Guangxi Beihai Wild Species of Gracilaria Based on Principal Component Analysis
The paper used principal component analysis method to study the seawater quality of Guangxi Beihai where Gracilaria natural population growed in.The results showed that 10 indexes of water quality could be divided into four principal component and represent 72.895% information, they are nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients、heavy metal Cu/Pb、pH value、heavy metal Zn and reducing substance COD;Besides, the content of DIN and Pb accorded with class Ⅲ water quality standard,PO4-P and COD accorded with class Ⅳ water quality standard;Cu and Zn exceeded the class IV water quality standard.the results illustrated that the growth of Gracilaria natural population in Beihai could be infected mainly by nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients, heavy metal.Therefor, they can sustain higher heavy metal and nitrogen、phosphours concentration. This study can provide scientific basis for using Gracilaria to remediate the eutrophication and heavy metal polluted sea waters.
