Effect of aeration disturbance on humus in sediment of black and odorous water body
Taking rural black and odorous water body as the research object, the effects of different aer-ation treatment methods on the content of humus components in sediments were studied by combining three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy(EEMs),uV-VIS and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and the spectral characteristics of humus were discussed under different aeration methods. The re-sults showed that compared with the control group, the content of fulic acid decreased, the content of humic acid and humacin increased, the total humus content increased by 0.99~2.34 g/kg,and the PQ value(humus index)increased by 4.08%~7.82%,reflecting the increase of lake productivity, the in-crease of biomass in the system and the accumulation of humus after aeration. After the aeration treat-ment,the fluorescence characteristic peak and the ultraviolet absorption peak intensity were reduced, and the infrared spectral absorption peak intensity was increased. After aeration treatment, the intensi-ty of fluorescence characteristic peak and ultraviolet absorption peak decreased, while the intensity of infrared absorption peak increased. After sludge aeration treatment, the intensity of six infrared ab-sorption peaks increased, which were higher than those of water aeration group.
