摘要
贝类毒素是由海洋中有毒藻类产生的有毒高分子化合物,贝类通过摄食有毒藻类在体内蓄积,严重威胁消费者健康.本文综述了贝类毒素的分类及亲水作用色谱(HILIC)的保留机理和特点.重点介绍了亲水作用色谱-质谱联用(HILIC-MS)技术在贝类毒素测定方面的应用研究进展,并提出了 HIL-IC-MS在贝类毒素检测分析方面的发展趋势.
Abstract
Shellfish toxins are toxic macromolecular compounds produced by toxic algae in the ocean.Shellfish accumulate in their body by ingesting toxic algae,which seriously threatens the health of con-sumers.In this paper,we reviewed the classification of shellfish toxins and the retention mechanism and characteristics of hydrophilic interaction chromatography(HILIC).The application of hydrophilic interaction chromatography-mass spectrometry(HILIC-MS)in determining shellfish toxins was intro-duced,and the development trend of HILIC-MS in the detection and analysis of shellfish toxins was put forward.
