长江口及大陈岛海域砂壳纤毛虫群落分布及季节变化特征研究

于2019年6月至2021年4月对长江口海域(6月和12月)和大陈岛海域(4月和11月)进行了 4次调查,共83个样品,主要调查了砂壳纤毛虫群落种类数、丰度分布及季节变化.结果如下:(1)共检出8属18种砂壳纤毛虫,拟铃虫属的种类最多,总丰度为0~618 ind./L;(2)砂壳纤毛虫壳口径(LOD)的粒径范围为14.5~96.4 μm,属8个粒径级;(3)相关性分析结果表明,大陈岛海域的砂壳纤毛虫丰度与温度和叶绿素a浓度均呈正相关关系(p<0.01),与盐度呈极显著负相关关系(p<0.01);(4)大陈岛海域冗余种个数和粒径级个数均高于长江口海域,我们推测其群落稳定性也较高.本论文研究了 2个海域砂壳纤毛虫群落和季节变化及其与环境因子的关系,为长江口微生物生态乃至生态系统健康可持续发展提供基础数据.
Seasonal variation of tintinnid communities in Changjiang River estuary and Dachenlsland sea area
We investigated the variation of tintinnid communities in Changjiang River estuary in Jun.,2019 and Dec.,2020),and Dachen Island sea area in Nov.,2020 and Apr.,2021.A total of 83 sam-ples were collected.(1)Eighteen tintinnid species belonging to 9 genera were observed,and the total a-bundance ranged from 0 to 618 ind./L.(2)Lorica oral diameter(LOD)of the 18 tintinnid species var-ied between 14.5 and 96.4 pm,and were grouped into 8 size classes.(3)Tintinnid abundance in Dachen Island sea area was significantly and positively correlated to temperature and chlorophyll a con-centration(p<0.01)but significantly and negatively to salinity(p<0.01).(4)There were more re-dundant species and LOD size classes in Dachen Island sea area than in Changjiang River estuary.The existence of redundant species should increase the capability of a community to exploit changes in condi-tions,leading to the speculation of more stable tintinnid communities in Dachen Island sea area.Our findings provided basic data for further studies on the microbial ecology of Changjiang River estuary and its adjacent areas.
