Discuss on the Gentrification Movement of Urban Renewal
As an improved urban renewal strategy,Chinese gentrification movement has a specific political and economic background.Firstly,we explain the basic concept and content of gentrification,review the western scholars' research progress about gentrification,and summarize up three gentrification space type in Chinese urban renewal.Then,we analyze the internal mechanism of the gentrification movement in China,and propose inspiration from the three dimensions of physical space,economic space,social space.Finally,we propose a "gentleman" and "economy-society-environment" pyramid model.We look forward to the gentrification movement becoming a better path to improve the quality of urbanization.
