青海海东地区城乡一体化发展现状及优化策略研究

摘要
青海省提出“跨越发展、绿色发展、和谐发展、统筹发展”的重大战略,并将海东地区作为加快推进城镇化和实现城乡一体化的重要抓手,建立全域统筹的理念.海东地区地处西北欠发迭地区,人口密度较小,生态环境脆弱,经济实力不强,城乡一体化进程缓慢.该文基于对海东地区城乡空间一体化发展现状的解读,采用定性与定量相结合的方法深入分析海东地区城乡一体化发展过程中存在的问题,之后在广泛借鉴、吸取经验的基础上提炼出适宜海东地区的城乡发展模式并提出相应的优化策略,为海东地区实现城乡一体化提供思路.
Abstract
Qinghai province puts forward the grand strategy of "spanning,green,harmonious and overall development",and takes the HaiDong as the gripper to speed up the urbanization and realize urban-rural integration of Qinghai,to establish the concept of development as a whole.Haidong Prefecture located in the northwest underdeveloped areas with the small population density,the fragile ecological environment,weak ecpnomic strength,the slow process of urban-rural integration.In this paper,we analyze in-depth the problems which Haidong faces in urban-rural integration development,based on the interpretation of status quo,using qualitative and quantitative method,we extract suitable development model and put forward the corresponding optimal strategy for Haidong Region based on extensive reference and experience,and provide ideas for urban and rural integration of Haidong.
