Discussion and Practice on Ecological Technology of Green Residential Buildings:Taking Oasis Garden Ⅲ Area B Lihai as an Example
In this paper,we make a discussion on how to satisfy the requirements of green building in residential projects during the summer heat and winter cold area from the best benefits of green building technology applications,and we take an example of Oasis Garden Ⅲ Area B Lihai.In the planning and construction of the project,based on the "Hu'nan Green Building Evaluation Standard",combined with software simulation and optimization,we select adaptation technologies,such as solar water heating,green roofs and so on,especially deeply discuss for shading,lighting and ventilation in the basement.It has a good reference value for green residential building under the same climatic conditions.
