Architectural Features of the Han Stone Portrait Tombs in Baiji,Xuzhou
The Baiji Han Tomb is located in Jiawang District,Xuzhou City.It is a typical Han Dynasty stone portrait tomb,reflecting the specific appearance,development,and evolution of Han tombs in the middle to late Eastern Han period in Xuzhou and its surrounding areas.Due to the long excavation period and insufficient research materials,we have conducted a re-measurement and investigation of the Baiji Han Tomb,and reviewed the current research status.Combining with on-site survey measurement data and existing data,and comparing it with representative nearby Han tombs,new perspectives and considerations are proposed on the architectural structure,layout,arrangement of stone portraits,and the scale of the Han Dynasty.The aim is to extract and analyze the architectural characteristics,development,and evolution of Han stone portrait tombs contained within the Baiji Han Tomb.
