Demand and Strategies for Home Environment Aging-Friendly Transformation in Beijing
With the gradual deepening of the aging society,the improvement of the elderly-friendly home environment has become a key issue to be solved in society.The research on the aging-friendly home environment is not only helpful to summarize the existing practical experience,but also to provide in-depth insight into the market demand,and to provide solid theoretical support for the construction of systematic work processes,the formulation of technical standards and the promotion of market work.In this study we adopt the research methods of semi-structured interviews and participant observation,and conduct a household survey on 120 elderly families in five regions of Beijing,namely Xicheng District,Chaoyang District,Haidian District,Fengtai District and Mentougou District.Based on user research and through in-depth analysis of the experience of the user transformation process and the applicability of the aging-friendly transformation content,we put forward transformation strategies from the transformation process,the application of auxiliary tools and the government leadership,in order to provide useful reference for improving the aging-friendly home environment.
