The regeneration of industrial architectural heritage is one of the important topics in the current urban sustainable development.Taking Changchun Tractor Factory as an example,through field investigation,we made a detailed analysis of its history,architectural structure and explicit and implicit cultural value.In the research and design stage,the concept of flexible transformation of"fiber block"is put forward,aiming at balancing the challenges of protecting cultural heritage and meeting the needs of modern cities,so as to ensure environmental protection and social responsibility in the process of transformation.After the transformation,Changchun Tractor Factory not only retains its unique historical features,but also incorporates modern functions,becoming the highlight of urban renewal.This study provides beneficial experience and enlightenment for the future regeneration of industrial architectural heritage.
