Revitalization Strategy of State-list Famous Historical and Cultural Cities in the Context of Urban Renewal:The Case of Jixi State-list Famous Historical and Cultural Cities
With the high-quality development of modern cities and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,urban development and historical and cultural protection and inheritance have always been in the key decision of weighing gains and losses.In the face of the continuous advancement of urban renewal,the protection and development of historical and cultural cities and historic urban areas is another"trade-off"problem in front of us.Taking Jixi historic urban area as an example,based on the current status and challenges of its conservation and renewal,we discuss the revitalization strategy of the historic urban area in the context of urban renewal,and put forward the concept of organic renewal and historical and cultural preservation and inheritance as the core,so as to guide the revitalization project practice of Jixi historic urban area,and to summarize the implementation guidance methods from the practice,to provide reference for the same type of historical urban revitalization work.
