In this paper we comprehensively analyze the current layout planning of rural residential areas from the perspectives of space,society,economy and culture,and comprehensively study the applicability of relevant layout models in urban development control areas.We point out the lack and deficiency of the relevant layout mode in terms of maintaining social network relations,preserving rural local culture,and ensuring the sustainability of development.Based on these findings,an Organic Concentration village settlement planning layout model based on regionalism is proposed,and relevant cases are analyzed to support this proposal.The purpose of this study is to provide insights for rural development and urban control in the area,and offer references for territorial spatial planning and rural planning in the region.
