As the representative historical architectural heritage of Islam in Hohhot,the evolution of the construction and renovation of the mosque reflects the characteristics of Islamic architecture under the influence of multi-culture.Through the methods of historical data analysis,graphical analysis and comparative study,returning to the building itself from the perspective of traditional historiography and architectural pattern language,focusing on the comparative traceability of the building layout,elevation composition and material decoration,the value of its architectural heritage is summarized in the following aspects:recording narrative historical information,inheriting regional technical expression,deepening the integration of multiple architectural elements,promoting the renewal development of literature and tourism,which can provide research ideas and theoretical support for the preservation of Islamic heritage and the redevelopment of the streets around it.
