摘要
以新型市场主体为研究对象,提出新型市场主体参与电力市场的聚合调度方法.首先提出基于节点聚合商和配电网聚合商的双层聚合模式,建立新型市场主体聚合调度框架;然后给出基于电网调度需求的新型市场主体聚合识别流程;接着建立考虑运行约束的新型市场主体调节能力评估模型和考虑网络约束的配电网调节能力聚合模型;最后在案例分析中实现了新型市场主体的调节能力聚合以满足电网需求,验证了所提双层聚合调度框架和流程的可行性与有效性.
Abstract
The new market entities were selected as the research object,and the aggregation dispatching method of new market entities participating in the electricity market was proposed.Firstly,a two-layer aggregation model based on node aggregator and distribution network aggregator was proposed to establish a new market entity aggregation dispatching framework.Secondly,an aggregation identification process of new market entities based on grid dispatching was proposed.Then,a new market entity adjustment ability evaluation model considering operational constraints and a distribution network adjustment ability aggregation model considering network constraints were established.Finally,in the case analysis,the adjustment ability aggregation of new market entities was realized to meet the needs of the power grid.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed dual-layer aggregation scheduling framework and process were verified.
