Calculation of magnetic field and parameters of five phase solid rotor induction motor
The magnetic field distribution of the five phase solid rotor induction motor is complicated, and the rotor side impedance parameter is affected by the flux density and slew rate. The subdomain method is complicated, which does not meet the requirements of rapid calculation at the early stage of motor design. In this paper, the motor solution domain was divided into stator slot current-carrying subdomain, slot opening subdomain, air gap subdomain and solid rotor subdomain, and the stator slot boundary conditions were simplified by combining the Ampere loop theorem and static magnetism, then the Fourier series method was used to analyze the air gap and solid rotor interface conditions.A rapid subdomain model for magnetic field calculation was established and the distribution of the magnetic field in each subdomain could be obtained. Then, the rotor impedance and electromagnetic torque were calculated based on the model. Finally,a finite element model was established to compare with the analytical results, which verified the correctness of the fast subdomain model.
