摘要
蓝藻T.thiebautii从日本三陆沿岸采回后,于室内培养,在生长对数期对藻体的总脂质及脂肪酸,总蛋白质及游离氨基酸、产生于细胞外的多糖及其组成成分进行了TLC 、G LC、HPLC等分析,其中蛋白质占藻体干重的30.6%,胡萝卜素、软油脂酸、谷氨酸等含量也较高,产生于细胞外的多糖构成单糖为半乳糖、葡萄糖、鼠李糖、脱氧核糖、木糖、甘露糖,并含有硫酸基、葡萄糖醛酸、丙酮酸等。
Abstract
T. thiebautii is transplanted from Sanliku in J apan and cultivated in the house. In its logarithmic phase, TLC, GLC and HPLC analyses are carried out on its total fatty substance, fatty acid, mobile aminoacid, exocellular polysacc ha rose and its components. It is shown that protein takes up 30.6% in the net weig ht of T. thiebautii and it contains considerable carotinoid, p al mitoleic acid and glutamate. The exocellular polysaccharose is composed of galac to se, glucose, rhamnose, deoxyribose, xylose, mannose as well as sulfate, glucuron ate, and pyruvic acid.
