魔芋(Amor phophallus)离体繁殖研究

试验采用白魔芋和花魔芋的根茎、块茎及种子为外植体,以MS基本培养基为基础,在不同激素水平的诱导培养基和分化培养基上进行培养。试验结果显示,BA和NAA适宜于魔芋离体培养,不同外植体的再生能力存在一定差异。魔芋愈伤组织增殖培养过程中易形成拟块茎,它有可能作为繁殖器官而直接用做种芋。在1%的柠檬酸溶液中切割外植体可以有效地抑制褐化。
Research on the Propagation of Amor phophallus in vitro
Segments from stem root, stem tuber and seed of A. albus an d A. konja c were cultured on MS medium supplemented with various combinations of BA, NAA a nd KT in different concentrations. The results showed that BA and NAA favored th e development of Amor phophallus in vitro. There were variances in sprout rege neration capability among different explants. The analogous tubers initiated fro m the callus of the segments could be used as seed tubers for commercial product ion. The browning of the segments during culture could be inhibited through exci sing segments in 1% citric acid solution.
