摘要
人文经济的内涵、特征和范围,目前学界尚未达成共识.通过初步界定,人文经济不是单纯的文化经济,而是在以人为本,"以全体人民为中心"的理念指导下,以共同富裕和普遍幸福为目标、以优秀文化为内涵、以道德情感为基准、以审美需求为引领,实现人与自然相和谐的社会主义经济,是经济文明的新形态.杭州作为我国人文经济样本城市,对其从21世纪初以来围绕发展人文经济所进行的自觉探索和实践,以及其基本举措和成效的梳理与总结,揭示了杭州人文经济城市样本的意义和启示,并为推动人文经济更高水平、更快速度发展提供了若干建议.
Abstract
At present,a general consensus on the definition of connotation,characteristics,and scope of humanistic economy has not yet been reached.According to the preliminary definition,humanistic economy is not simply a cultural economy,but a new form of economic civilization guided by the concept of people-orientedness and"putting all people at the center",with the goal of common prosperity and universal happiness,excellent culture as the connotation,moral emotions as the benchmark,and aes-thetic needs as the guide,to achieve a socialist economy that harmonizes humans and nature.This paper aims to examine the conscious exploration and practice of Hangzhou,as a sample city of humanistic economy in China,around the development of humanistic economy since the beginning of the 21st century,sorts out and summarizes the basic measures and their achieve-ments,reveals the significance and enlightenment of Hangzhou's sample city of humanistic economy,and puts forward sugges-tions to promote the higher level and faster development of humanistic economy.
