为分析乌灵胶囊联合心理干预治疗儿童青少年轻中度焦虑状态的效果,将某医院于2021年11月至2022年10月收治的处于轻中度焦虑状态的儿童青少年随机单盲分入乌灵胶囊治疗联合心理干预组(乌灵组,30例)或单一心理干预组(对照组,12例).治疗前,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety rating scale,HAMA)、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表(the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders,SCARED)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression rating scale,HAMD)和儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(depression self-rating scale for children,DSRSC)分别进行焦虑及抑郁症状的他评和自评,并采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评定睡眠质量情况;治疗后再次评定患者的HAMA、SCARED和PSQI得分.结果发现:在治疗6周后,乌灵组患者的HAMA和SCARED减分值显著多于对照组,总有效率(86.7％)显著高于对照组(58.3％);PSQI日间功能障碍亚项减分值多于对照组,且2组中PSQI评分的降低均与焦虑他评分的减少显著正相关(P＜0.05).这表明乌灵胶囊联合心理干预治疗儿童青少年轻中度焦虑状态疗效显著,且患儿失眠情况的改善与焦虑水平的降低有关.
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Anxiety in Children and Adolescents with Combined Intervention of Wuling Capsule and Psychotherapy
To analyze the treatment effect of Wuling capsule combined with psychotherapy on mild to moderate anxiety state in children and adolescents,children and adolescents in mild to moderate anxiety state admitted in a certain hospital from November 2021 to October 2022 were randomized single-blind divided into two groups,which were a combined therapy group of psychotherapy and Wuling capsule(Wuling group,n=30)or a single psychotherapy group(control group,n=12).Before treatment,Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA),the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED),Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),and depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC)were used for other evaluation and self-assessment on anxiety symptoms,respectively.Meantime,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used to assess sleep quality.After treatment,the HAMA,SCARED and PSQI scores were re-evaluated.The results showed that the reduction of HAMA and SCARED scores in the Wuling group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The overall efficiency was also higher in the Wuling group(86.7％)than in the control group(58.3％).The decrease in daytime dysfunction subitem of PSQI in the Wuling group was higher than that in the control group,and the decrease of PSQI scores after treatment were positively correlated with the reduction in anxiety scores in both groups(P＜0.05).It was indicated that Wuling capsule combined with psychotherapy was effective in treating mild to moderate anxiety state of children and adolescents,and the improvement of insomnia was associated with the reduction of their anxiety levels.
