Analysis on the Service Carrying Capacity of Preschool Education Resources Based on GIS:Taking the Main Urban Area of Hangzhou as an Example
The service carrying capacity and spatial distribution of regional preschool education resources are the important foundation and basis for the rational allocation of preschool education resources.Taking Hangzhou as an example,combining GIS spatial analysis technology,ownership analysis and service carrying capacity analysis method of high-quality kindergartens,this study deeply explored the changes in the service carrying capacity and layout of preschool education resources in Hangzhou from 2015 to 2019.The results showed that the overall spatial layout of kindergartens in Hangzhou could meet the general needs of school-age children,and gradually presented a developing trend from a single center to multiple areas and centers.However,the problems,such as uneven distribution of preschool education resources,insufficient kindergarten degrees and high-quality kindergartens,led to weak service carrying capacity in individual regions.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the concept of balanced development of preschool education,vigorously develop high-quality public and inclusive kindergartens,and scientifically optimiz the spatial layout and planning of kindergartens.
