植物m6A修饰对转录本调控及影响机制的研究进展

近年来植物中mRNA m6A修饰及其对靶mRNA的调控研究备受关注.高通量测序、比色法及液相色谱质谱联用技术的发展加深了对m6A修饰的分析.转录组范围内通过甲基转移酶、去甲基化酶和结合蛋白对mRNA修饰形成m6A选择性标记,调控转录本选择性剪接、稳定、翻译和衰变.m6A修饰水平的变化对于维持植物毛状体形成、开花时间、胁迫响应和光合作用等生命活动也具有重要作用.文章综述近年来mRNA m6A甲基化修饰类型,以及植物m6A修饰在分子遗传和植物生长发育中的研究进展,尤其关注植物中m6A修饰对mRNA命运和表达调控的不同作用.
Research Progress on the Regulation and Influence Mechanism of m6A Modification on Transcript Expression in Plant
In recent years,mRNA m6A modification in plants and its regulation of target mRNA have been widely studied.High-throughput m6A sequencing techniques,colorimetry,and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry has deepened the analysis of m6 A modifications.Selective labeling of m6 A is formed by modification of mRNA by methyltransferases,demethylases and m6A-binding proteins in the transcriptome range,which regulates transcript selective splicing,stabilization,translation and decay,and changes in m6A modification levels also plays an important role in maintaining trichome formation,flowering time,stress response and photosynthesis in plants.The recent research progress of mRNA m6 A methylation modification and the mechanism of plant m6 A modification in molecular heredity,plant growth and development were reviewed,especially focusing on the different effects of m6 A modification on mRNA fate and expression regulation in plants.
