利用形态学观察和遗传背景分析确定了锐顶镰孢菌(Fusarium acuminatum)对采后苹果果实的致病性,分析了不同碳源、氮源、温度、pH、光照时间和根系分泌物对锐顶镰孢菌菌落生长的影响.研究结果为精准防治锐顶镰孢菌引起的果蔬采后病害提供了理论基础.
Identification and Biological Characteristics Analysis of Fusarium Causal Agent in Postharvest Apple Fruits
The pathogenicity of Fusarium acuminatum on the postharvest apple fruits was confirmed by the phenotype observation and the genetic background analysis.The effects of different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,temperature,pH,light period and root exudates on the colonial growth of F.acuminatum were determined as well.The results will provide a theoretical foundation for precisely controlling diseases induced by F.acuminatum on postharvest fruits and vegetables.
